That's why we created Transform, a full suite of consulting services and a comprehensive approach to presentations and public speaking for organizations, as a whole, and sales teams, in particular.
With Transform, we lead clients through an overall presentation process, a methodology for creating a sales or other critical presentations, and conduct training with speakers to nail the delivery. But, most importantly, we help clients find or create a story that best represents the company.
In addition, though we are experienced in helping novice presenters become more than capable, we specialize in working with experienced presenters and capitalizing on their personal presentation styles and helping them reach new levels of excellence.
Transform is lead by Will Carlin, VShift's presentation and public speaking specialist. During his career, he has helped numerous CEO’s with their IPO presentations, including helping them find their best story, creating the actual slides, and coaching them on everything from personal appearance to answering tough questions. More recently, Will has taught presentation skills at both Columbia Business School and NYU’s Wagner School of Public Policy.
