The Chubb Claims division tasked VShift with developing a scalable global claims processing system that could be customized and deployed anywhere Chubb’s global clients did business. VShift’s solution – white-labeled, so Chubb clients could add their own branding and styling – is flexible enough to handle diverse claim types (e.g., health, life, property) and to be implemented in dozens of languages and geographies. 

Today, Chubb’s portal solution serves the provider’s largest clients around the world, enabling those organizations to process a high volume of accident and health claims quickly and efficiently. The solution also integrates with Chubb’s security and personalization platforms, enabling single sign-on, seamless user experience and secure sharing of customer information.
